Pastor Kevin is the senior Pastor of Victory Chapel and the founder of Victory Community Church in Accokeek, MD.  In addition to being a husband and father, Kevin is passionate about discipling people, developing leaders, and teaching.  He is known for his candid ability to share biblical truth in a practical way, whether relating to young families or senior adults.  He is passionate to see people of all ages living their best life!  Pastor Kevin and his wife, Wanda, have been married for over thirty years, and they reside in Waldorf, MD.  They have two sons (including Reverend Kevin Ross II, the Campus Lead at Victory Community Church and two grandchildren so far!  Pastor Kevin’s favorite pastimes include spending time with his family and watching his beloved Minnesota Vikings!

Pastor Wanda is the Co-Pastor of Victory Chapel Church.  She is a passionate teacher and caring elder.  She has a huge heart for children of all ages.  She serves as the Director over the Children’s Department.  Wanda is a devoted and loving wife.  Her favorite pastime includes studying, reading, spending time with her family and watching the Washington area home teams, especially the Redskins!
